A drug-fighting awareness seminar was held

Fırat University's Faculty of Health Sciences participated in a seminar titled "Fight Against Drugs," organized to raise student social awareness.

Organized by the Fırat University Rectorate's Social Contribution Coordination and conducted in collaboration with the Elazığ Provincial Police Department, the seminar was held simultaneously in faculties across the university. The event aimed to raise awareness, particularly among first-year students, about combating substance abuse.

Students from the Faculty of Health Sciences were also informed about the individual, familial, and societal impacts of substance abuse during the seminar. Police Department experts emphasized the importance of early awareness in the fight against drugs and encouraged students to develop protective behaviors.

The event was met with great interest from students.
