The Guide Midwife/Nurse Program was organized by the Midwifery Department faculty members. A total of 15 midwives and nurses participated in the program. The training process aimed to share professional knowledge and experience and to develop guidance practices.
At the end of the program, certificates of participation were presented to the participants. The participants expressed their satisfaction, stating that the program made a significant contribution to their professional development.
