Midwifery Student Community organized the March 8 International Women's Day Event

Fırat University Midwifery Student Community organized a meaningful event in the canteen of the Faculty of Health Sciences within the scope of March 8 International Women's Day. The event aimed to draw attention to the power, labor and solidarity of women and attracted a wide participation.

At the booth, participants were informed about women's rights and the critical role of the midwifery profession on women's health was emphasized. In this context, the importance of midwifery in protecting and strengthening women's health was discussed and awareness was raised on the contribution of midwifery professionals to social and individual health.

Respect for the labor, power and existence of women was expressed and the belief that a stronger society can be built together was emphasized.
