Book Reading Event was Held

The first meeting of the “We Tell the Books We Read” event was held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at Fırat University Faculty of Health Sciences. The event was organized under the leadership of Vahit DABAK, Administrative Staff of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Nuray KURT, Research Assistant. This event, which was initiated with the approval and support of Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Gamze KIRKIL, aims to encourage university students to read.
In the event, Vahit DABAK talked about Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar's book “Mürebbiye”, while Elvan BAYGÜMÜŞ, a student of the Department of Midwifery, shared Jack London's “Martin Eden”. The program attracted great interest from academic and administrative staff and students.
The faculty management thanked the academic and administrative staff and students for their interest in the event. In addition, it was stated that efforts will continue to ensure the continuity of this event.
