Starting from the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, all students who will be participating in clinical practice must obtain an OSGB Appendix 2 report. Students residing in Elazığ can obtain this report by applying to Fırat University Hospital between August 27, 2025, and September 5, 2025. The reports obtained will be submitted to the relevant advisor professors. Students residing outside the province can obtain this report in their respective provinces.
