Students who will register for the summer school in our faculty must fill in the attached form (by having it approved by the head or dean of the department in their faculty) between 24-26 July 2024 and apply in person to the Student Affairs Unit of the Faculty of Health Sciences with a student certificate and a copy of their ID card. Students who cannot come for application can make their application by sending the required documents to the address (agenc@firat.edu.tr) as an e-mail. Unapproved application forms will not be processed and applications received after 26 July at 17:00 will not be processed.
